Trainings by Industry LeadersWe host a small number of in-person events each year focused on practical learning and real application.
Our on-site training center seats up to 150 and sits alongside active farmland, allowing discussion to move directly from the room to the field. Events are built around open conversation, hands-on demonstration, and shared experience.
We work with farmers, agronomists, and ag experts who are testing ideas, refining systems, and advancing how work actually gets done. The goal is straightforward: leave with insight that holds up in real conditions.

T3rra Training
This training focused on in-cab land forming and precision grading in active field conditions. Participants worked directly with the system to understand how surveying, design, and execution come together during earth-moving operations.
Instruction emphasized hands-on application and real-time decision making in the cab, allowing attendees to see how land forming choices affect outcomes in the field.
John Deere MyOperations Center Training
This training focused on how operational data is structured, maintained, and used throughout the season. Topics included field setup, guidance management, and planning workflows that support planting and in-season execution.
The emphasis was on understanding how decisions made inside the system affect work in the field. Sessions allowed participants to compare approaches, troubleshoot workflows, and refine how technology supports real-world operations.
