The Pavilion is a beautifully finished barn on our family's working farm — a comfortable, climate-controlled space built for people to gather.
Inside you'll find soaring pine beams, stone columns, a wraparound porch, and glass carriage doors that open toward the woods. There's a commercial kitchen, two finished restrooms, and a large paved parking area with room for ninety-plus vehicles — the comfort of a proper venue, without losing the character of the farm it sits on.
One honest note: High Yield Farms is a row-crop farm. We grow corn and soybeans, so what surrounds the Pavilion is open cropland and wide Eastern North Carolina sky — not livestock, stables, or animals to visit. Guests come for the space, the feeling, and the quiet.
